Seacliff Mobile home Park is a 5-Star Senior Community for residents age 55 or better, consisting of 101 homes located on 12+ acres in beautiful Aptos. It is owned and operated by the Seacliff Park Residents Association. Under current California Civil Code, the Association is a General Partnership consisting of 101 General Partners/Homeowners.

Our History

The Park was originally developed in 1970. The property and improvements were owned by a private developer/owner. In early 1983 the owner put the property, along with 3 other of their Parks, up for sale; and, was eager to sell it to the homeowners. The sale price was $2.2 million. The homeowners organized a Purchasing Committee, which negotiated a financing package comprised of a first mortgage of $367,000, and the property owners took back a second mortgage of $1,330,000 for a period of 15 years.
